I have just started using Training Peaks software and whilst it seems to be very powerful and allowing you to view and analyse your workouts I am still a bit unsure of the best way to use it.
So far, I have been playing with some of the charts to look at distances, times etc and you can see some useful information here.
I like the fact you can have a public profile and make all your data viewable, if you are interested then you can view my data here
